Call Center Training Courses

This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Call Center Representative in accordance with industry standards.

The training aims to increase the effectiveness of each participant as communicator and professional team member.  It is highly interactive and aims to contribute to career development of professionals.  The training examines interpersonal communication and customer relationships.  Participants will learn new tools and techniques in communicating effectively.   Sessions are fast paced and interactive to make learning effective and fun.

This course has been accredited through the UTPRAS (Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System) of TESDA.  This ensures that the program complies with all the requirements of the registration.
