JIB Academy Call Center school opens in Manila

High school and college students can now undergo formal academic training for a call center industry. This Interactive training is being administered to students in Metro Manila by call center school JIB e-Academy, which is now accepting enrollees in its new branch at the Tumble Tots Building, E. This call center school solves the prevalent problem of lack of skills that prevents many of our youth from getting a high-paying job in this sunshine industry. Our school, not only addresses this specific need, but also provides our graduates with employment opportunities in prestigious call center companies all over the Philippines, according to JIB e-Academy presidents, educator and business leader Joji Ilagan Bian.

JIB e-Academy offer programs that suit individual needs through interactive training, which includes call simulation, interactive English language training, handling of inbound and outbound calls, customer relations and work values, ethics, and one-on-one coaching in an atmosphere specifically designed to be both productive and fun. Trainees may choose from available training course that best suit their needs.

The Fast Track course takes only 20 hours, the Standard course 40 hours, and the Comprehensive course 25 days, all carried out through immersion, comprehension and expression of spoken English, which is a must for any call center agent. The well-rounded training gives its graduates an edge that sets them for success in  this fast-expanding field.
